TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Trueroots Offer is being offered by Tata Communications (Canada) ULC ("Tata Communications").

The Offer involves:

Calling one number in India, Pakistan , Bangladesh and Srilanka at a special rate from Canada

On purchasing the "TrueConnect" plan, you can enjoy great rates to India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Srilanka and extend those rates by recharging your account as often as you want until the offer expires. All recharge amounts are applied 100% to talk time Rates

Canada: On purchase of "TrueConnect" plan, for $20, you can configure one destination number ( landline /mobile ) in either India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Srilanka. Trueroots offers special rates to this one number that you configure, details of which are mentioned below.

Please note that once you configure a particular number, it cannot be modified for a minimum of 30 days

For calling any other number in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Srilanka ( besides the one number that you configure ), the following rates would apply:

For calls made to any other countries, standard rates would apply and can be viewed at www.trueroots.ca/calling/rates

• To configure the one particular number, you have to login to your account, click on Account Settings, then click on TrueConnect settings on the left hand side of the page. Here you can register one number in any of the 4 countries, India, Pakistan, Sri lanka or Bangladesh. Please note that once you configure a number, you cannot change it for 30 days.
• Your initial subscription is valid for 12 months from your date of purchase, and will expire after 12 months unless you recharge your subscription by adding more talk time. You may recharge your talk time in the following denominations $5, $10, $20, $50, $100 multiple times . All recharge amounts will be applied to your account as talk time, i.e. 100% talk time on every recharge. The recharge value of your account will be valid for one year from the date of last recharge.
• You can sign-up for this offer any time from 10th May 2011 (09:00 am Eastern Time) .

2. Tata Communications may, at its sole discretion, discontinue this Offer at any time

3. Call charges to remaining countries (i.e., calls made to countries other than India) remain the same as provided in the trueroots website

4. The promotional rates described above are available only for calls originating from Canada

5. Subscribers that purchase the offers described above are bound by these terms and conditions as well as by the privacy policy and all other terms and conditions applicable to use of the trueroots service, available at the trueroots website (http://www.trueroots.ca) All incidental costs, taxes and levies related to the offer will be borne by the customer.

6. TATA Communications reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify the offer at its sole discretion as may be required by business requirements or governmental authorities and all such changes shall be binding on the eligible subscriber without any prior communication / notice. To the extent that Tata Communications cancels, discontinues, or prematurely withdraws the offer within Subscriber's twelve (12) month period, Subscriber shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the offer only through the cancellation, discontinuance, or withdrawal date.

7. The offer is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances. No substitution or refund nor exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or any other benefit except what is provided as offer benefit shall be provided under any circumstances. This offer cannot be requested / combined with any other offer or promotion made by TATA Communications.

8. Subscribers to these offers shall not initiate any chargeback for the amount of recharge/payment; in case the same is done all the charges related to the chargeback will be borne exclusively by the eligible subscriber

9. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Courts of Toronto, Province of Ontario, (or, in the case of residents of the Province of Quebec, the courts of competent jurisdiction of the District of Montreal, Province of Quebec). Each party irrevocably agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Courts of Toronto, Province of Ontario, (or, in the case of residents of the Province of Quebec, the courts of competent jurisdiction of the District of Montreal, Province of Quebec) over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with this Agreement or the legal relationships established by this Agreement
