True1ndia Offer - Terms and conditions

1. The Trueroots Offer is being offered by TATA Communications (America) Inc. ("Tata Communications").

2. The Offer involves the following promotion:

   Calling to India for as low as 1 cent/pence a minute (US/UK/CANADA)

     • United States: With our "True1ndia" plan, you can enjoy calling for as low as 1 cent/minute for $9.99, which includes a $3.99 subscription fee and $6.00 of talk time. This offer includes a rate of 1 cent/minute to India when using a local access number or 3 cents/minute to India when using a toll free access number. (The rates described for the United States are in U.S. Dollars.)
     • Canada: With our "TrueIndia" plan, you can enjoy calling for as low as 1 cent/minute for $9.99, which includes a $3.99 subscription fee and $6.00 of talk time. This offer includes a rate of 3 cents/minute to India when using a toll free access number. (The rates described for the Canada are in Canadian Dollars.)
     • United Kingdom: With our "True1ndia" plan, you can enjoy calling for as low as 1 pence/minute for GBP9.99, which includes a GBP3.99 subscription fee and GBP6.00 of talk time. This offer includes a rate of 1 pence/minute to India when using a local access number or 3 pence/minute to India when using a toll free access number.
   • Your call time is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. Any unused balance is forfeited after expiration of the 30-day term.
   • This offer is non-rechargeable, although you may purchase this package (subscription fee plus talk time) as many times as you want .
   • You can purchase this offer multiple times from 8 October 2009 (09:00 am Eastern Time) .
3. Tata Communications may, at its sole discretion, discontinue this Offer at any time.
4. Call charges to remaining countries (i.e., calls made to countries other than India) remain the same as provided in the trueroots website
5. The promotional rates described above are available only for calls originating from the U.S., U.K. and Canada.
6. Subscribers that purchase the offers described above are bound by these terms and conditions as well as by the privacy policy and all other terms and conditions applicable to use of the trueroots service, available at the trueroots website (http://www.trueroots.us, http://www.trueroots.ca, or http://www.trueroots.co.uk). All incidental costs, taxes and levies related to the offer will be borne by the customer.
7. TATA Communications reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify the offer at its sole discretion as may be required by business requirements or governmental authorities and all such changes shall be binding on the eligible subscriber without any prior communication / notice.
8. The offer is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances. No substitution or refund nor exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or any other benefit except what is provided as offer benefit shall be provided under any circumstances. This offer cannot be requested / combined with any other offer or promotion made by TATA Communications.
9. Subscribers to these offers shall not initiate any chargeback for the amount of recharge/payment; in case the same is done all the charges related to the chargeback will be borne exclusively by the eligible subscriber.
10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the State of New York. Each party irrevocably agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of New York over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with this Agreement or the legal relationships established by this Agreement.
